These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Colorado.

4. Coaching Services

Descriptions of our coaching services are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation Policy for Workshops:
- A 20% payment is required upon booking.
- Cancellations made up to 7 days before the workshop date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials and content developed for the '6 Types of Working Genius' are the intellectual property of The Table Group. All other materials, content, and methodologies developed by Pathwise Organizational Coaching and Elliott Innes are the exclusive property of Pathwise Organizational Coaching and cannot be used, copied, or reproduced without express written consent.

6. User Responsibilities

Users of our website and services agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about themselves as required. Users must maintain the confidentiality of their account information and are responsible for all activities under their account. Users agree not to use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

7. Limitations of Liability and Disclaimers

Pathwise Organizational Coaching is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss; or for any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits, or anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, loss of reputation or goodwill, or loss or corruption of information or data.
The advice and strategies provided by Pathwise Organizational Coaching are for informational purposes only and should not replace or serve as a substitute for professional consultation in business, financial, legal, or technical matters.

8. Severability

If a provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect.
